Just come back from Houg Pool.... OMG. When I was about to leave there are so many cuties... Some of which I have not seen before... They look like sunnyboys models like that haha....

Saw Daniel (Bean) there also... Hehe... So free must be sch holiday.

Swam 20 Laps... And I was like dying... Is the 20 Laps of the width of the middle pool loh not large one. Die liao... Hmmm Think must swim regularly... And can have a tan oso... Not gonna spend so much time there. From the time I enter to leave 45mins will be more than enough... Must plan plan liao... Must slim down again.

My weight have not gone down since 1 year ago. When I was in NS is 66-67KG. Then go gym ran regularly to 60-61kg. Then stop for a year since and my weight been maintain at this range... Hmmm.... Must try other stuff to make it go down further.... Maybe 55-58 maybe haha.....

Ah.,.... My oven seem like fix liao... So long neber use my oven already... Hand is itchy... Gonna fix something soon.... =)
