Letter of Offer
Finally they send the stupid letter liao. Aiyo... The name and address also wrong. Cant believe it. Must call them up tomorrow and ask them to extend payment also.... Now where got time to do all these. They send the stupid letter on 31 July now then I got it.Hmmm.... This coming semester gonna cost me $2800. Where got so much money????

Congratulations. Letter of offer for what? Studies? What program? Wow $2800! Works out to be about $467 per month. Perhaps you could get a loan from your parents first. Or maybe there would be some study loan around.
